Is your site secure?

Yes. We use PayPal as a payment processor, and as PayPal's server is 100% secure you can rest assured your payment to us will be. We will never see your card details and the only thing we ever keep for our records are your order details, email address, and your name and address. We will never share your details with any third parties.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and these can be used with PayPal's payment processor at the checkout stage. We also accept purchase orders.

How do I complete the checkout stage?

You can view your basket contents at any time by clicking the large 'VIEW' button at the top right of the site. Then simply select your delivery area from the dropdown box in the basket. At this stage, if you have a PayPal account, you can click the PayPal button and proceed to paying for your order via PayPal.

If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, click the 'CHECKOUT' button and you will be taken to a page where you can input your delivery details. Then click the 'Pay by Credit or Debit Card' button and proceed to the payment area. Please note this area is completely secure.

How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?

We deliver to both the United Kingdom and across Europe. For full details please see our delivery information page.

Can I return an order to you?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your order once delivered please contact us immediately in the first instance. We will be only too happy to make sure you are satisfied with our products and service.

Refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis. You are entitled to a refund if you return your items to us within 7 days. However, all items must be returned to us in the exact same condition you received them in, ie. unopened, unused, and in perfect condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that we supply you with faulty or improper goods we will of course refund your order as soon as it is returned to us, including all delivery charges.

How do reward charts work?

Reward charts work for 2 basic reasons: 1 Children love them 2. They break the cycle of nagging and telling off that it is so easy to fall into as parents - it sounds corny, but a reward chart provides a really positive way (using encouragement and praise) for the whole family to try and tackle any issue. Can I open a trade account with you?

Yes, but you must apply with full details of your business before we make a final decision. We already deal with many schools and are always looking to supply new ones and other small businesses. If you wish to apply for a trade account please contact us in the first instance with details.
