Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or have access to this website. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@thenaughtyseat.co.uk.

The following terms and conditions are the terms on which thenaughtyseat.co.uk sells product and supersedes all other terms and conditions relating to the subject matter of these Conditions.

Ordering
When you place an order via this website you will be sent an auto-generated order acknowledgement by email detailing everything you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and thenaughtyseat.co.uk will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we notify you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled it. No order may be accepted from a child of 16 or under without the express consent of a parent or guardian.

Back Orders
If you have ordered an item and it is not in stock, we will try and order it for you. You will always be e mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Prices
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and Euros (€ EUR)

Privacy
When you make contact with thenaughtyseat.co.uk, your details are used only to enable us to contact you with regard to your order and to let you know about our news and special offers. You can let us know at any time if you do not wish to receive emails from us.  It is our policy to never disclose any information to third parties other than for delivery purposes and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted and transmitted by secure server using 128 bit encryption. Your details will never be seen by anyone other than our payment provider.


Guarantee
Thenaughtyseat.co.uk offer a full refund or product exchange on all products purchased (unless personalised), if you contact us and return the products recorded delivery with proof of postage, within 7 days of delivery. Any items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not be able to refund your postage in these circumstances.


Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days (unless personalised), although just before and after public holidays it may be 4 days due to increased demand, and longer should we be on holiday.  Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of thenaughtyseat.co.uk and are subject to your credit or debit card being authorised for the transaction.


Post and Packing
The postage rates can be seen at the time of checkout. All items will be packaged securely. Orders are usually despatched within 3 working days (except when the stock is not available, where personalised or if we are on holiday). All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery, and as such will require a signature on delivery. Thenaughtyseat.co.uk will accept no responsibility for orders that are left uncollected. A further charge may be incurred if orders have to be sent out again. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days (unless personalised), and this 7-day period begins the day after receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your order under these regulations it must be in writing or by e-mail. All item(s) returned under these regulations must be received by thenaughtyseat.co.uk within 7 days and be unopened, unused, in the original manufacturer packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Customers wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to the address on the contact us page. Under these regulations all goods are returned at your expense. Thenaughtyseat.co.uk will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.

Damages and Errors
Check your order carefully upon delivery and report any damages or shortages immediately to thenaughtyseat.co.uk.  In the case of damages incurred during transit, all packaging materials and damaged goods must be kept for inspection by The Naughty Seat and returned to The Naughty Seat within 7 days of receipt.  Once received and reviewed by The Naughty Seat, a replacement or refund may be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Returning Goods
Customers wishing to return goods (unless personalised) other than by way of an Order Cancellation must contact us by e-mail at sales@thenaughtyseat.co.uk for instructions. All returns must be sent recorded delivery with the buyer obtaining a proof of postage receipt. The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods if they have not been rejected on or before the 7th day after delivery. The Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods in whole or in part after such time.
