Delivery to the United Kingdom

All orders to the mainland United Kingdom are charged at a flat rate fee.  A small number of products in our shop have their own added delivery charges attached to them. This is based on the total weight of that item.  Generally, added prices are in the region of £0.25p 

Our flat rate fee for delivery to the United Kingdom is £3.00 per order.
Any additional product delivery charges will show at the checkout stage.

Delivery to EU European destinations

We also deliver across Europe, and once again we have a standard rate flat fee for this. As above, some products will have an additional delivery price based on weight which will show at the checkout stage.

Our flat rate fee for delivery to Europe is £15.00 per order which is internationally tracked and signed for.  Any additional product delivery charges will show at the checkout stage.

At this time we do not deliver to any other international destinations outside of the United Kingdom and Europe.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries to the mainland United Kingdom are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days (unless Personalised), via first class Royal Mail.  Please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us regarding any late deliveries or missing items. Some deliveries will be sent via first class recorded Royal Mail and will require a signature on arrival.

Deliveries to Europe can take slightly longer, and we recommend waiting up to 10 working days after dispatch before reporting any missing orders. Usually orders will be delivered much quicker than this, depending on your location, but please be aware that we cannot control how long an item takes to be delivered across Europe.

Personalised Items Delivery Schedule

These products are personalised and therefore all products are made to order.  Most personalised wooden products are dispatched in 5-7 working days.  In busy periods dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Returning an item or order to us

If you are not completely satisfied with your order once delivered please contact us immediately in the first instance. We will be only too happy to make sure you are satisfied with our products and service.

Refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis. You are entitled to a refund if you return your items to us within 14 working days. However, all items must be returned to us in the exact same condition you received them in, ie. unopened, unused, and in perfect condition. Please obtain a Royal Mail proof of postage receipt for your records.  Delivery charges will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that we supply you with faulty or improper goods we will of course refund your order as soon as it is returned to us, including any delivery charges, again please obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records.
